Directions from the North
- Head south on I-75 until you get to Exit 399 for U.S.441/Alachua/High Springs. The clover leaf takes you down to US 441.
- At US 441, turn left at the light, heading south into the town of Alachua.
- The Incubator is 2.8 miles from the I-75 Exit. Continue south through the three traffic lights in Alachua. Just as you exit the town of Alachua, you will go over an overpass bridge and the Sid Martin Biotech Incubator will be on your right in Progress Corporate Park.
- Look for the entrance to the Progress Corporate Park on the right, identified by a sign. The road is Progress Blvd.
- Turn right onto Progress Blvd. The Incubator is on the right. It is a large white building with mint green architectural steel girders on the roof and is identified by its original sign reading “Sid Martin Biotechnology Development Institute.”
- Driving time from the Atlanta Airport is approximately 5 hours.
Directions from the South
- Take I-75 North from Tampa, or the Florida Turnpike from South Florida/Orlando, past the Wildwood exit (junction of I-75 and the Florida Turnpike).
- Pass the four Gainesville exits- 382 Williston, 384 Archer, 387 US 26 and University Ave, and Exit 390 for NW 39th Ave./222. Contuiing 10 miles, exit off Exit 399 for U.S.441 and Alachua/High Springs.
- The clover leaf takes you down to US 441. At US 441, turn left at the light, heading south into the town of Alachua.

Directions from the Gainesville Airport
- Turn right out of the airport onto NW 39th Ave. (west) and go up to the next light at Waldo Road/SR 24.
- Turn right onto SR 24 and go up to the next light which is NW 53rd Ave.
- Turn left onto NW 53rd Ave. (west).
- Go straight 3.5 miles until this road meets US 441.
- Turn right (north) on US 441 and go about 10 miles. Look for Progress Corporate Park on the left, identified by a sign. The second Park entrance is Progress Blvd.
- Turn left onto Progress Blvd. The Sid Martin Incubator is on your right. The Sid Martin Incubator is a large white building with mint green architectural steel girders on the roof and is identified by its original sign reading “Sid Martin Biotechnology Development Institute “.
- If you go over the overhead walkway and stoplight, and into the city of Alachua, you have gone too far.
- Driving time from the Gainesville Airport is about 20 minutes.
Directions from Florida Innovation Hub to Sid Martin Biotech Incubator
The easiest way to get to the Incubator from the Florida Innovation Hub is follow NW 6 Street to US 441 and then out to the Incubator.
- On SW 2 Street, turn right (east) and turn left (north) at SW 6 Street.
- Follow SW 6 Street – it will merge into US 441 (NW 13 Street). Follow US 441 for about 10 miles.
- Turn left into the second Progress Corporate Park entrance, across from Santa Fe College’s Emerging Technologies building on the right..

Directions from Sid Martin Biotech Incubator to Florida Innovation Hub at UF
- Head southeast on Research Dr toward Progress Blvd
- Take the 1st left onto Progress Blvd
- Take the 1st right onto FL-20 E/US-441 S/M L King Blvd Continue to follow FL-20 E/US-441 S (10.3 mi)
- Slight left onto NW 6th St (3.6 mi)
- Turn right onto SW 2nd Ave Destination will be on the left (446 ft)

Directions from UF Campus via I-75
The easiest way to get to the Incubator from the University campus is to get on I-75.
Go west (via University Ave, Exit 387 or west on Archer Road, Exit 384) from Gainesville and take I-75 North. At Exit 399 (US 441/Alachua/High Springs), exit via the ramp to US 441 south.

From the University of Florida’s Office of Technological Licensing, follow NW 13th Street (US 441) north out of Gainesville.
